Origin, SEEC Partner on $35M Denver MF Development
A partnership between Chicago-based Origin Investments and Boulder, CO-based SEEC Enterprises commenced construction on Brick Stone Apartments on 56th Street, a $35-million 150-unit garden-style multifamily development in Denver.
“Brick Stone Apartments represents a great opportunity to develop new product at an exceptionally attractive price, allowing us to offer rents at a reasonable level, while still providing a very high-quality experience for our residents,” said Origin Investments’ Thomas Briney. “This project is directly in the path of population and job growth in this area.”
The property is on a 5.5-acre site, and will be comprised of a series of 7 three-story buildings, a clubhouse and a pool house. Brick Stone Apartment units are expected to be delivered in phases, beginning in the second quarter of 2019.
