OrderMyGear Inks Deal on Dallas’ East Side

OrderMyGear signed a lease for 23,000 square feet at 2211 Commerce St. on Dallas’ East side. The online group apparel and gear technology company will use the new spaces for its headquarters, effectively tripling its current size.

Cribb Altman and Charlie Beck with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Patrick Todd was the in-house representative for landlord Todd Interests.

The deal makes OrderMyGear the largest tenant to commit to space in the East Quarter, an eight-block development on Cesar Chavez Boulevard and Jackson and Commerce streets.

The property was recently acquired by Todd Interests and institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management. East Quarter will undergo a multimillion-dollar redevelopment, resulting in 200,000 square feet of creative office and restaurant space.
