Orangetheory Expands with Mamaroneck Lease

Orangetheory Fitness has signed a 3,200-square-foot, 10-year lease at Brixmor Property Group’s 805 Mamaroneck Ave. in the Westchester County community of Mamaroneck, NY. Ripco Real Estate’s Lisa Daniel represented Orangetheory. It’s her third deal for the fitness chain in the area.

“This deal accomplishes Orangetheory’s business goal of expanding across Westchester County with a new location on a central, north-south thoroughfare that connects Mamaroneck to neighboring towns,” said Daniel.

“Bringing an additional Orangetheory to the heart of Westchester will give residents of Mamaroneck and bordering villages access to a premier personal training and interval fitness concept in their backyard, and further extends the trend of boutique fitness studios opening in the region,” she added.

Daniel has closed 11 fitness deals across Westchester and Fairfield Counties for Orangetheory, Pure Barre and StretchLab.

Brixmor dealt directly with Orangetheory and Daniel in the transaction.
