Orange Lake Resorts Creating 240K-SF Campus in Orlando

Tavistock Development Company signed a build-to-suit lease at Infinity Park in Orlando with Orange Lake Resorts for a new two-building, 240,000-square-foot corporate campus that will house roughly 2,100 employees. Orange Lake Resorts, which operates the Holiday Inn Club Vacations brand, will expand its current 115,000-square-foot footprint at the office park.

Orange Lake Resorts’ Don Harrill says, “We are excited to consolidate all of our corporate functions into one central location with great access to transit, the airport and roads.”

Construction of the new building is scheduled to commence in fall 2017, and open in the fourth quarter of 2018. Infinity Park is a 200-acre, mixed-use, business park, offering a variety of build-to-suit commercial space opportunities. It is strategically located within Central Florida along John Young Parkway, and less than 1/3 mile from SR 528.
