Orange Courier Claims 255K-SF Sublease Valued at Nearly $15M
Orange Courier signed a six-year sublease valued at $14.8 million at 15300 Desman Rd. in La Mirada. The messenger, delivery, warehousing and distribution services company is relocating to a 254,700-square-foot building from a nearby Orange County location.
Orange Courier was represented by JLL’s Wade Tift in the transaction. DAUM’s Nate Ortega and Casey Mungo handled the transaction on behalf of the sublessor, All-Ways Pacific LLC.
This sublease option helped achieve the business objectives of both All-Ways and Orange Courier, even through the uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Our client, a major shipping and logistics operation, was consolidating multiple locations into a single, larger facility,” explains Ortega. “With several years left on their existing lease, they decided to sublease the property, and we were ultimately able to help them make a more seamless transition.”
