Orange County Pool Hall Near OCV!be Trades for $4M

Tustin, CA-based brokerage firm Red Hot Properties has arranged the $4 million sale of Danny K’s Billiards and Sports Bar, a 10,000-square-foot retail destination in Orange, CA. The property is just a short walk across the Santa Ana River to the Honda Center, where the owner of the Anaheim Ducks, the Samueli Family, is developing the OCV!be complex.

“The breadth of the OCV!be project will spur economic activity into neighboring communities, especially along the Katella corridor in Orange where you’re seeing new investments like the purchase of Danny K’s,” said Red Hot Properties owner Siavosh Ardalan.

Located at the corner of Main Street and Struck Avenue, Danny K’s boasts 19 pool tables, 41 televisions and eight 14-foot HD screens. The destination also features a full kitchen and over 30 beers on tap. Ardalan represented both undisclosed parties in the transaction and says the buyer has no significant changes planned for Danny K’s.
