Stream Realty Partners has inked a real estate lease deal with Oracle to occupy the fourth floor of the Radius office building in Nashville as the multinational computer technology corporation establishes a new regional headquarters campus.

 Radius — the former Lifeway Plaza — is a 265,564 square foot office building at 601 11th Avenue in Nashville’s Gulch neighborhood. The building boasts state-of-the-art technology and creative workspaces that encourage proactive team collaboration throughout its nine stories. It offers resort-style fitness facilities with lockers and showers, a tenant lounge, an outdoor terrace, on-site security, a café with grab-and-go items, and ample parking. Building signage is available for large tenants.
