Opus, USAA Land Full-Building Tenant for 424K-SF Warehouse

The Opus Group and USAA Real Estate have landed a full-building tenant for their 423,726-square-foot warehouse at 10 Falcon Ct. in the Chicago suburb of Streamwood, IL. Expeditors International, a logistics company that specializes in warehousing and distribution services, has committed to the space, which is scheduled for completion this fall.

“Our team looks forward to serving Expeditor’s growth, and building out a space that meets their needs now and in the future,” said Mike Yungerman, VP with Opus Development Company. “This was one of the only industrial buildings larger than 200,000 square feet in the submarket to meet their distribution demands.”

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Doug Pilcher, Jason West and Sean Henrick represented the tenant in leasing the space. CBRE’s David Prell and Kevin Segerson represented the property’s ownership, which also collaborated on the 604,565-square-foot I-88 Gateway Logistics Center in North Aurora, IL.
