Opus Unloads Mesa Industrial for $36M

The Opus Group sold a 146,107-square-foot industrial building in Mesa to an entity affiliated with New York-based Lexin Capital for $36 million. The building at 3115 N. Higley Rd. was built in 2017 within Longbow Business Park and Golf Club.

The property sits on 10 acres and comes with an additional nearly 18.6-acres of vacant land. The site includes plans for three additional proposed industrial buildings, one totaling nearly 81,000 square feet with six dock high doors, two grade doors and 126 parking spaces.

Another building would span 114,760 square feet with 12 dock high doors, six grade doors and 164 parking spaces. The fourth building would cover nearly 16,000 square feet with one grade door and 56 parking spaces.

Hartford Investment Management provided $21,600,000 in new debt for the deal.

Longbow Business Park & Golf Club is a 315-acre master planned retail, industrial, office, hospitality and residential development surrounding the Longbow Golf Club.
