Opus Partnership Launches TOD in Downtown Elmhurst

The Opus Group has launched construction on a mixed-use development in the Chicago suburb of Elmhurst, IL. The six-story, transit-oriented development will feature 164 residential units and more than 7,600 square feet of class A retail space at 100 N. Addison in downtown Elmhurst.

“The increase in demand for luxury living options, paired with this unbeatable suburban location, will be a great complement” to Elmhurst’s Downtown Plan, which is focused supporting local businesses “and enhancing an already vibrant core,” said Opus Development’s Bryan Farquhar.

The project is a joint venture with Principal Real Estate Investors. With Opus Development’s sister companies involved with the architecture and construction, a spring 2019 completion date is anticipated.
