Opus Commences Construction on Minneapolis MF

The Opus Group started construction on a six-story, 218-unit market-rate apartment building in Minneapolis’ North Loop. Located at the intersection of West River Parkway and Plymouth Avenue, the development will offer residents the convenience of living in the North Loop with close proximity to the Mississippi River

Opus Development Company, L.L.C.’s Nick Murnane says, “Unique to this site, residents will have access to the adjacent scenic trails and Mississippi waterfront just outside their door, while maintaining the urban lifestyle.”

The apartment building will offer first-in-class amenities for residents, and units with high-end finishes. The mix of floor plans and layouts include studios, alcoves, one and two-bedrooms and penthouse units. To blend into the downtown historic neighborhood, the development’s exterior will be constructed with stone, brick, metal and glass materials.

The multifamily development is scheduled for completion in summer of 2020.
