OptiVia Solutions Inks 12K-SF New Office in Maryland 

OptiVia Solutions expanded its ATM services with a new 12,315-square-foot office at 795 Cromwell Park Drive in Glen Burnie, Maryland. The Ohio-based firm aims to grow to 20 employees from an initial team of 10.  

OptiVia Solutions works with financial institutions, banks, credit unions, retail establishments and businesses to provide ATMs. The company, which operates regional offices in Cincinnati, Columbus, and Chicago, selected this location “to meet the increasing demand for ATM and bank equipment services in the greater Baltimore metropolitan area,” according to Lisa Smith, market leader of OptiVia. 

Kate Jordan, Marley Welsh and Samantha Eckels of Lee & Associates brokered the lease on behalf of the tenant and Jonas Asner of St. John Properties represented the landlord. The park encompasses 920,000 square feet across flex/R&D, office, and retail spaces.
