Optimus Buys UCI Health-Anchored Strip Center

Optimus Properties, LLC purchased Home Ranch Commons, a 60,703-square-foot retail strip center located at 18601-18653 Yorba Linda Blvd. in Yorba Linda, for an undisclosed sum. The center was built in 1984 and is anchored by UCI Health, which occupies more than one-third of the space.

With a combination of wellness, community-minded and internet-resistant tenants, Home Ranch Commons is a stable investment with long-term viability, according to Optimus. UCI Health has built out a multi-specialty clinic offering breast health, cardiology, dermatology, imaging, integrative health, pain management, physical medicine, rehabilitation and urology.

“We’re excited to make our first acquisition in Yorba Linda with Home Ranch Commons,” said Kamyar Shabani, principal and co-founder at Optimus Properties. “Anchored by UCI Health and located in a prime area, this property offers a strong tenant mix and great growth potential. It’s a perfect fit for our portfolio as we continue to expand into thriving markets.”
