Optima Salon Suites Will Open First NYC Location at TF Cornerstone Resi

Optima Salon Suites, a company that leases customized spaces to beauty professionals, has signed a 4,500-square-foot lease at 95 Horatio St., TF Cornerstone’s (TFC) residential development in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District. Optima signed a 15-year lease for what will be its first New York City location. It’s expected to open by the end of 2022.

“Optima Salon Suites is a welcome addition to both 95 Horatio St. and the neighborhood,” said Steve Gonzalez, senior director of retail leasing at TFC. “Their unique business model is giving professionals the chance to build their own brand in a prime location.”

Founded in 2018, Optima Salon Suites provides the framework and structure to help beauty professionals launch their business. At 95 Horatio, the lease will be parsed out into 29 studio spaces.

Winick Realty Group’s Steven Baker, Daniyel Cohen and Spencer Planit represented TFC in the lease signing, while Optima was self-representing.
