Optima Kierland Breaks Ground on Next Phase of Scottsdale Condos

Construction commenced on the second phase of Optima Kierland Center, a high-rise luxury condominium and rental community in Scottsdale. The 12-story, 202-home for-sale home project at Scottsdale Road and Kierland Boulevard is expected to be completed in 2020.

The newest building, at 7180 E. Kierland, will feature an exclusive rooftop Skydeck amenity space with pools, spa and running track. Floorplans range from roughly 776  to 2,704 square feet, and residences can be combined both vertically and horizontally to create larger floor plans to suit individual needs and desires.

“Optima buyers tell us that the ability to combine and customize floor plans is a huge selling point, so we have taken that to the next level in this second condominium tower,” said David Hovey Jr., president and principal architect of Optima, the project architect and developer. “Customization is the primary focus – floor-to-floor, wall-to-wall – if you can dream it, we will make it happen.”
