Opcity Nearly Triples Space with 50K-SF Lease

Opcity has signed a 50,000-square-foot lease at The Met Center on the southeast side of Austin, TX. The company, which relies on technology to match residential real estate buyers and sellers to top agents, will relocate from its current 17,500-square-foot locale at 200 W. Cesar Chavez to the new space at 6800 Burleson Rd.

Tim Donohue and Russell Young with CBRE represented Opcity in the site search and lease negotiations. Capital Commercial Investments of Austin is the landlord.

“Employee commutes were an important factor in the search and decision-making process. This southeast location is easily accessible from 71 and 183, and helps commuters avoid the congestion on Mopac and (Interstate) 35,” Donohue said. “We’re confident that Opcity employees will find their new office both enjoyable and convenient.”
