Onyx Launches Repositioning on Parsippany Offices
Onyx Equities has begun a multimillion-dollar renovation project to reposition 4 & 6 Campus Drive, two office properties totaling approximately 300,000 square feet in Parsippany, NJ. Cushman & Wakefield’s David DeMatteis, Mark Zaziski, Ben Brenner, Kelsey Nakamura and Raymond Trevisan are the properties’ leasing agents.

Onyx Equities acquired 4 & 6 Campus Drive in 2020. The buildings feature availabilities ranging from 2,000 to 50,000 square feet and are located in The Arbors @ Parsippany office park. Tenants can utilize the amenities throughout the campus, including new fitness centers, a golf simulator, game room, conference centers, training rooms and cafeteria.
