Ontario Mills Getting New Tenants

To learn more about issues such as the one detailed below, check out the Connect Inland Empire conference on Sept. 10 at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga.

Ontario Mills, a major outlet-retail center in the Inland Empire, is getting new tenants and expanding current stores. Uniqlo, the popular Japan-based fashion retailer, and outdoor clothier The North Face will reportedly open their new stores in spring of next year. More stores are also set to open at Ontario Mills, but dates have not yet been confirmed.

Meanwhile, Tommy Hilfiger, which sells clothing for all genders and ages, is expanding its space from 7,000 square feet to 12,000 square feet.

Ontario Mills, owned by mall giant Simon Property Group, is undergoing a significant renovation. Its 1.5 million square feet is expanding by 80,000 square feet, and the center will have additional cosmetic upgrades. The shopping mall currently has more than 200 retail and outlet stores.
