Ontario Airport Domestic Travel Jumps

Domestic travel at Ontario International Airport increased 1.6 percent in September, year over year, with 341,089 passengers making domestic flights during the month.

Meanwhile, the number of foreign flights at Ontario have increased since last year, resulting in a major increase in passenger travel. Mexico City and Guadalajara passengers totaled 7,811 in September, a nearly 6.7-percent jump from the prior year.

Domestic passenger travel at Ontario Airport had dropped for three months prior to the September bounce back.
