OnsiteIQ Releases New Progress Tracking Technology for Construction Projects

OnsiteIQ, a construction intelligence platform based in New York, has launched Progress Tracking technology, which facilitates the tracking of construction project milestones. The AI-generated weekly progress reports will assist in schedule maintenance, portfolio management, and stakeholder collaboration. From seeing 360-degree imagery to collaboration around proactively monitoring their entire portfolios, OnsiteIQ looks to reinvent how construction projects protect investor capital and maximize the internal rate of return.

“OnsiteIQ is leading the way to move from images to insights,” said Arladan Khosrowpour, founder and CEO of OnsiteIQ. “We are excited to deliver this new software update to the real estate industry and include it as part of their OnsiteIQ standard package for most asset classes. We believe it is essential to eliminate losses and delays through proactive monitoring and verification of progress on these projects.”
