OneWall Communities Elevates Three Key Leaders to Principals 

OneWall Communities, a multifamily workforce housing company based in Stamford, Connecticut, has announced the addition of three key leaders to their ownership team as principals. Donicia Irizarry is appointed director of operations, Kerri Haltom as senior vice president of property management, and Frank Gervasio as asset manager. 

Irizarry has over 20 years of property management and hospitality experience and oversees the integration of multiple multifamily communities into the OneWall portfolio, while Haltom has over 30 years of experience in the multifamily property management sector and is responsible for the operational and financial performance of properties across multiple geographic regions, and Gervasio has played a pivotal role in making important investment decisions that help OneWall Communities strengthen its portfolio and provides strategic guidance and support to the company’s ownership team.
