One11 Advisers Launches as Spinoff from GPG

Industry veterans Jim Carr and Scott Morey, formerly with GPG Advisers, have launched One11 Advisors, a real estate management consulting firm. The new spinoff from GPG Advisers will provide advisory and managed services to real estate owners, operators, occupiers and investors on their operating strategies, processes, technology and people services.

Scott Morey One11 Advisers“One11 allows us to continue to improve the quality of services we provide in the marketplace, as well as provide a new foundation to better expand our services to our clients’ specific needs today and in the future,” said One11’s Carr (above). He co-leads the new firm with fellow executive director Morey (at right).

The spinoff, headquartered in downtown’s Gold Coast neighborhood, includes the leadership, employees and partnership alliances associated with the business consulting, vendor-managed services and people services offerings of GPG Advisers.

One11 and GPG will continue to team-up and work together based on client-specific needs.
