One World Trade Penthouse Floors Now Available for Office Lease

The Durst Organization announced that the penthouse floors of One World Trade Center are available for lease as an office for the first time. Penthouse 1 offers 33,000 square feet and Penthouse 2 offers 13,000 square feet of double-height space with two stories of windows throughout the floors and slab-to-slab heights over 20 feet tall. The penthouse floors feature panoramic views of New York City, the harbor, and the Hudson and East Rivers.

“The penthouse at One World Trade Center offers a once-in-a-generation chance for a visionary company to develop an office that soars above,” said Jody Durst, president of The Durst Organization. “That top of the world space is the crown jewel of a thriving building that is home to top-tier amenities and a dynamic tenant mix—with immediate proximity to mass transit, premier shopping, and award-winning entertainment.”

Built by The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and The Durst Organization in a public-private partnership, One World Trade Center is a 3.1-million-square-foot, LEED Gold-certified skyscraper and the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere. One World Trade Center is currently 95% leased.
