One World Trade Center 75% Occupied
The Stagwell Group will move into 83,955 square feet of new office space at One World Trade Center. That brings the occupancy rate at the tower to 75%, according to the Durst Organization, which co-owns the roughly three million-square-foot tower with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
“To attract the sharpest talent, tenants know they need an office that fosters creativity, hard work and inspiration,” said Eric Engelhardt, a leasing executive at Durst, to Crain’s New York Business.
Stagwell owns a collection of 14 digital marketing, advertising, research and communications companies. Four of these companies will move into the new offices: SKDKnickerbocker, PMX Agency, Code and Theory, and Harris Insights. More Stagwell companies will join as their leases expire in other locations.
