One Two Pru, a two-tower office and retail complex in Chicago’s East Loop, has been renewed for its WELL Health-Safety Rating by the International Well Building Institute and, for the second consecutive year, has achieved RESET Air Certification for Core and Shell. When One Two Pru first achieved RESET Air Certification in 2021, it became the largest commercial building in the world to achieve certification and remains as such today.
“One Two Pru’s continued achievement of both the WELL Health-Safety Rating and RESET for air quality demonstrates our commitment to a healthier and safer workplace where our employees, workforce, and visitors are a top priority,” said Marie Lucas, VP and general manager at Colliers, which manages the property for Wanxiang America Real Estate Group.
Stanton Wong, president of RESET, added, “Since One Two Pru began their data audit in June of 2021, they have passed every single month.”
