One Two Pru Earns WiredScore Platinum Certification for Connectivity

Wanxiang America Real Estate Group said that One Two Pru, its 2.3-million-square-foot, two-tower office and retail complex in Chicago’s Loop, has achieved WiredScore Platinum Certification, the highest-awarded rating for digital connectivity, resilience and infrastructure. The certification recognizes the building’s commitment to providing best-in-class technology capabilities to its tenants..

“Our team is thrilled to have received WiredScore Platinum Certification,” said Greer Worthington, VP of culture and hospitality at Colliers, One Two Pru’s management company. “Having a reliable and robust digital infrastructure is essential to the success of any business, and our tenants can be confident that they have access to the very best technology capabilities at One Two Pru.”

One Two Pru offers tenants 12 internet service options, compared to the market average of eight, and provides nine different high-speed fiber options via multiple communications points of entry into the building. This ensures tenants can utilize diverse connections, mitigating the risk of outages. The complex also offers enhanced cellular performance by including a multi-carrier Data Antenna System to boost reception for mobile coverage.
