The Texas Rangers and The Cordish Companies celebrated the grand opening of One Rangers Way in the heart of the Arlington Entertainment District. One Rangers Way has officially welcomed its first residents.

One Rangers Way is the first residential component of Arlington’s Entertainment District. Residents live within walking distance of sports, entertainment, hospitality and cultural venues, including Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, AT&T Stadium, Texas Live!, Live! by Loews, Loews Arlington Hotel & Convention Center, Arlington Museum of Art, and the forthcoming National Medal of Honor Museum. 

One Rangers Way is a 299-unit community offering a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and penthouse apartment homes, plus an above- and below-grade parking garage. One Rangers Way residences will feature high-end appliances, tall ceilings, and balconies. The community’s amenities and services will include an amenity deck with green space, outdoor fountain-edge pool, indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces, fitness facilities, co-working spaces, exclusive resident events, and curated art inspired by the Texas Rangers.
