One Park 10 Welcomes 5 New Tenants

The owner of One Park 10, an office building in Houston’s Energy Corridor, struck a deal with five new tenants and inked a renewal/expansion contract for another. Landlord Accesso Partners LLC signed lease agreements totaling 30,715 square feet with:

• Gulf Island Fabrication Inc. (renewal and expansion to 17,156 square feet)

• Gateway Gathering and Marketing Co. (3,585 square feet)

• LJB Inc. (3,507 square feet)

• Titan Delta (3,133 square feet)

• PureWay Compliance Inc. (2,190 square feet)

• PhaseIQ LLC (1,144 square feet)

Transwestern’s Evelyn Ward and Amanda App represented the owner for the 162,909-square-foot property at 16225 Park Ten Place. “Despite a challenged submarket that saw total availability increase past 30% during the first quarter, leasing activity for One Park 10 has been strong,” Ward said. “These recent transactions take occupancy over 65%, with pending leases pushing the building over 70%.”
