“One-of-a-Kind” NE Ohio Mfg. Facility Up for Sale or Lease

CBRE has been awarded the listing assignment for a 243,188 square-foot industrial facility outside Cleveland by client The Hampshire Companies LLC. Located at 11792 Alameda Dr. in Strongsville, OH, the property is available for sale or lease and is being marketed by Fred Herrera, Jenna Gauntner and Chelsea Turco from CBRE’s Cleveland office.

The property is said to be unique in the Midwest in that it offers crane capacity up to 150 tons, along with clear heights ranging from 25 to 42 feet and a CSX rail spur. Situated on 14.06 acres of land, the property comprises approximately 25,000 square feet of office space, including a state-of-the-art training/conference center and 218,188 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse. Parking includes more than 400 surface spaces.

“This offering presents a one-of-a-kind manufacturing facility with extraordinary crane capacity, heavy power and exceptional manufacturing infrastructure,” said Herrera.

Connect Industrial Midwest is coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
