Crow Holding Adding to Wildlife Commerce Park in Grand Prairie

One Million Square Feet of New Buildings Being Added to Grand Prairie Business Park

The Wildlife Business Park just keeps growing. The 220-acre business park broke ground for its first project in 2013. Crow Holdings is adding to the legacy by building three new warehouses that will make up about 1 million square feet. The buildings are slated for completion late next year.

Located at Commerce Park on Belt Line Road north of Interstate 30, the 220-acre Wildlife Business Park is being built on the former site of the International Wildlife Park, which closed in the 1990s.

The business park in Grand Prairie, TX, has access to regional population centers via Interstate 30 less than a mile away. It’s home to 3.7 million square feet of industrial space in 11 buildings and offers tenants updated security and amenities. The complex features a 100-acre lake, interior roadways, and infrastructure. Warehouse facilities range from 100,800 square-feet up to 703,040 square-feet.
