One Dulles Tower Trades for $226M
Affiliates of Harbor Group International, LLC acquired One Dulles Tower from Chevy Chase, MD-based FCP for $226 million. The 403,622-square-foot, Class A office building is located on the Dulles Toll Road in Herndon, VA.
The property is situated within the upscale Woodland Park master planned development, with 360-degree views, convenient access to more than 140,000 square feet of retail, a hotel and five-acre park, as well as near the future Herndon and Innovation Center Silver Line Metro Stations.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Bill Collins, Paul Collins, Drew Flood, Eric Berkman and Shaun Weinbergof represented FCP in the sale.
In early 2017, FCP signed a lease for a full-building tenant, reportedly Amazon Web Services, following an extensive renovation.
