Related Midwest’s One Bennett Park ultra-luxury residential tower in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood, was named the 2019 Residential Project of the Year as part of the Construction Industry Service Corporation’s (CISCO) Pride in Construction Awards. The 70-story residential project in Streeterville was honored at CISCO’s annual meeting on Feb. 7.
“We are honored that One Bennett Park was recognized with this prestigious award,” said Frank Monterisi, COO of Related Midwest.
According to CISCO, One Bennett Park’s overall excellence in design and craftmanship, as well as the use of innovative engineering principals in its design and construction, were factors that contributed to its selection as this year’s winner. The implementation of rigorous safety precautions and an exemplary safety record during construction were also critical factors, along with the project’s positive impact on the community through job creation and the inclusion of a publicly accessible neighborhood park.
