OncoSec Opens Large S.D. HQ and Research Facility

OncoSec Medical Inc. recently opened its new headquarters and research facility in the Sorrento Mesa area of San Diego. The 34,000-square-foot site was developed by Alexandria Real Estate Equities, and features recycled materials, drought-tolerant vegetation, and a recycled water irrigation system.

Daniel Ryan, executive vice president of Alexandria Real Estate, said that the building was a collaboration between both the tenant and landlord in creating an environmentally friendly property that includes 15,000 square feet of lab space.
