Oncorus Inks 88K-SF Life Science Lease in Andover

Colliers International has secured a 15-year, 88,184-square-foot lease at Innovation Park in Andover with Cambridge-based life science company Oncorus. Oncorus, whose R&D headquarters will remain in Cambridge, will occupy Innovation Park at 4 Corporate Drive as an additional location for GMP clinical manufacturing space.

Colliers represented IQHQ in the transaction. The life science owner-operator acquired the 211,940-square-foot life science campus in early 2020. IQHQ, in partnership with Colliers, has completed leases to UMASS and Ora Clinical in addition to this latest signing. After Oncorus joins the tenant roster, approximately 100,000 square feet of vacancy will remain available for lease.
