Oncology Data Firm Takes Office Space in Hudson Square

 GFP Real Estate, LLC said that COTA, Inc., an oncology real-world data and analytics company whose mission is to “create clarity from fragmented and often inaccessible real-world data,” signed a five-year lease for 9,764 square feet on the fifth floor of 200 Varick St. in Hudson Square.

The company, which had outgrown its existing offices at 609 Greenwich St., needed a larger space to accommodate its recent growth. COTA, Inc. will use its new space for its executive, general and administrative offices.

Robert Silver, Brittany Silver, Anthony Sciacca and Jamie Jacobs of Newmark, along with Jeffrey Gural and Rhonda Singer of GFP Real Estate, represented the landlord, 200 Varick Street DE LHC LLC.; Reid Longley and Aidan Campbell of Colliers represented COTA, Inc.
