OMP Acquires Fully Leased La Mirada Industrial from Brookfield

CBRE facilitated the $58.5-million sale of 14555 Alondra Blvd., a 248,105-square-foot industrial facility in La Mirada, to OMP. CBRE National Partners West’s Joe Cesta and Eric Cox represented the seller, Brookfield. Val Achtemeier, Mark Fluent and Matt Schmidt with CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance practice secured the financing.

The property is fully leased to MEI Industrial Solutions and supports the movement, storage and transportation of equipment for the aerospace, medical and data center construction industries. The asset includes a large, secured yard, flexible industrial zoning and direct access to Interstate 5, State Route 91 and Interstate 605.

“Institutional investors continue to be attracted to well-located industrial assets that offer durable cash flow, strong tenancy and strategic access to Southern California’s supply chain infrastructure,” said Cesta. “14555 Alondra Blvd. combines a long-term lease commitment from a growing tenant with exceptional connectivity to the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, making it a highly compelling investment opportunity.”
