Omnicom Media Renews and Expands for 288K-SF in the Financial District

Omnicom Media Group has signed a giant lease for 287,520 square feet of space at 195 Broadway, a landmark 29-story office tower in the Financial District of Manhattan.

The lease includes an 82,006-square-foot renewal for Omnicom’s existing space, and 205,514 square feet of new space. Lee Feld of Feld Realty represented the tenant in the 15-year transaction, while David C. Berkey and Andrew Wiener, of L&L Holding Company, represented building ownership. Asking rents in the building are $65 per square foot.

“We’re working hard to put smart capital back into our building, and appreciate Omnicom’s vote of confidence,” said David W. Levinson of L&L Holding Company, which spent $50 million to redevelop the landmarked lobby of the tower into prime retail and restaurant spaces.
