Omnicom Extends 210K-SF at 200 Varick St.

Omnicom Group will continue to fill nearly half of the office space at 200 Varick St., a 12-story, 410,000-square-foot office building in Manhattan’s Hudson Square neighborhood. The firm extended its lease for 210,000 square feet of space for another 10 years.

“The vibrant Hudson Square neighborhood in lower Manhattan remains an attractive draw,” said Jeffery Gural of building owner GFP Real Estate, who with Eric Gural and Brian Steinwurtzel represented GFP, formerly known as Newmark Holdings, in the transaction. Lee Feld of Feld Real Estate represented the tenant.

Additional tenants in the 1926 building include the Film Forum.
