Omni PGA Frisco Resort Tops Out
General contractor Brasfield & Gorrie has announced the topping out of the 510-room Omni PGA Frisco Resort in metro Dallas.
The property is being developed in partnership with the City of Frisco and the PGA of America. The PGA is in the middle of relocating its headquarters from South Florida to Frisco, a northern suburb of Dallas. The $520 million project was designed by SB Architects and is being developed by a partnership between City of Frisco and the PGA of America.
When completed, the 60-acre facility will include two 18-hole courses, a 10-hole short course and a two-acre putting green, as well as 12 food and beverage options, three pools, a spa and 127,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
“This hotel is obviously the crown jewel of what we have out here, but other than this, there’s 34 individual structures here on site,” Tyler Davis, project manager at Brasfield & Gorrie, said at the topping out ceremony. “At this point, we’ve completed 10 of those.”
The facility is slated to be completed in spring 2023.
