Omni Advancing 143-Room Midland Hotel

Work is underway on the Omni Midland Hotel, marking the Dallas-based hospitality company’s twelfth property in Texas. The property is next to the towns convention center.

The property will feature approximately 16,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, anchored by a 5,640-square-foot ballroom. Beyond meetings and events, the hotel will deliver:

  • 143 vibrant guest rooms, including a presidential suite
  • Three unique dining experiences: a lobby bar, a sit-down coffee shop serving breakfast and lunch, and Bob’s Steak & Chop House
  • Rooftop pool deck and full-service spa, featuring a sauna, steam room, hot tub, cold plunge, locker rooms, relaxation lounge and single and couples’ treatment rooms
  • An 800-space parking garage to accommodate both hotel guests and convention center attendees

Omni and Midland Downtown Renaissance, have engaged design partners HKS Architects and The Design Agency, who is shaping the hotel’s restaurants and bars as destination-driven concepts for residents and visitors alike.
