Omar Rawi Leaves Greystar for LPC West

In a move to drive its expansion into the mixed-use sector, LPC West hired real estate industry veteran Omar Rawi as EVP with responsibility for West Coast markets, including the Bay Area, Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. LPC West is the West Coast arm of Dallas-based Lincoln Property Company.

LPC West’s David Binswanger says, “We see enormous opportunity to significantly expand our activities in the mixed-use sector, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to bring an executive with Omar’s experience and success to the team.”

The expansion into mixed-use development by LPC West is aligned with initiatives by parent Lincoln Property Company, which has placed additional focus on the mixed-use sector in markets across the country.

Rawi joins LPC West from Greystar, where he led development activities in Southern California and Arizona.
