Olympus Property Claims Alexan Auburn Lakes

Trammell Crow Residential and Prime Property Investors sold the 346-unit Alexan Auburn Lakes, a Class A apartment complex in Spring, TX. Olympus Property of Fort Worth was the buyer.

Ryan Epstein, Jennifer Ray, Wes Breeding and Scott Bray with Berkadia represented the seller in negotiations. Tucker Knight and Nick Murphy, also with Berkadia, secured financing on behalf of the buyer.

Alexan Auburn Lakes opened in 2015, and is at 6000 W. Rayford Rd. The property offers one, two and three-bedroom units. Community amenities include two tropical pools and courtyards, a bark park and groom room, a reflection lake, and running trail.

“With continued interest from a variety of investors, Houston’s multifamily market remains competitive, even for newly-built properties such as this one,” Epstein said. “Solid fundamentals that are consolidated within the Spring area of Houston made this property especially attractive.”
