Apartment owner Olympus Property, headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, acquired Promenade at the District, a 170-unit, Class A, garden-style apartment complex in South Jordan, UT. The new owner already renamed its newest asset Olympus at the District, and is planning an $800,000 investment to upgrade the property.

The seller/developer of the seven-year-old property at 11391 S. River Heights Dr. was listed as Garbett Homes. In addition to one, two and three-bedroom units, the asset offers two swimming pools, solar-powered units, fitness center, clubhouse and two playground areas.
