Olshan Launches Revamp of Tribeca Office Asset

Olshan Properties is revamping its 99 Hudson St., a onetime industrial property that Olshan repositioned into office space. Located in the heart of Tribeca, the 17-story 99 Hudson features natural light and high ceilings that architctural firm Design Republic will capitalize on.

“99 Hudson is a unique commercial asset located on one of the best corners of Tribeca,” says Andrea Olshan, CEO of the owner-developer. “The building holds special value to me personally, since it represents the first property I worked on when I joined Olshan and I’m thrilled to return to my roots with a new project team as we reposition this jewel in our crown.”

The property has four floors available for immediate lease, with an internal communicating stair linking two of them for a duplex work environment. NKF has been tapped to lease 99 Hudson, built in 1920 and owned by Olshan since 1983.
