Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Sets Foot in Tarrant County
Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, known for closeout merchandise and excess inventory, made its way into Tarrant County, by signing a 39,000-square-foot lease at Camp Bowie West Center in Fort Worth’s Benbrook neighborhood. The deal leaves 10,000 square feet remaining at the center, which is situated at 7909 Camp Bowie W. Blvd., near Interstates 30 and 820.
Todd Hubbard, Jon McDaniel and Bobby Montgomery, with NAI Robert Lynn, represented the landlord, Sutherland Building Material Centers, and secured the tenant. The 52,000-square-foot center was once a Sutherland lumber yard, but the building format didn’t work with Sutherland’s HomeBase retail stores direction.
We had many great years in the area, and are happy to see the corner being reinvigorated by new businesses coming in such as Ollie’s and Planet Fitness,” said the ownership’s representative. “NAI Robert Lynn was instrumental in finding a growing, unique retailer looking to expand its retail into Texas.”
