OliverMcMillan Sells East Village S.D. Apartments for Nearly $84M

OliverMcMillan, one of the major commercial real estate firms based in San Diego, just sold an apartment complex in the city’s East Village neighborhood for just under $84 million.

Monogram Residential Trust, which is based in the Dallas area, purchased the asset, which has 208 units and is called EV Lofts. The property is set to open next month, and has 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space in the works. EV Lofts will also include 9,000 square feet of public space on its rooftop.
