Oldham Goodwin Opens Seniors Apartments in College Station

Oldham Goodwin Group has opened The Huntington at College Station, a new affordable apartment community for seniors aged 62+ in College Station. It contains 120 independent senior living residences on over 5 acres, with 92 units set aside as affordable units with rent restrictions.

The property provides direct access to Baylor Scott and White Medical Center and is adjacent to Midtown City Center, a new mixed-use development. It’s also within a few blocks of shopping, banking, places of worship and more.

“Supply of high-quality senior living has not met the demand in College Station, and we are proud that The Huntington at College Station will be able to fill this void,” said Casey Oldham, CEO of Oldham Goodwin. “This project has also allowed us to partner with the City of College Station and assist with increasing infrastructure in the area in order to spur economic development.”
