Okada & Co. Tapped for Midtown Leasing Duties

Gatsby Realty has hired Okada & Company as landlord representative for its office portfolio in Midtown South and Midtown. The properties include 251-253 Fifth Ave. in NoMad, 224 W. 35th St. in the Garment District and 56 W. 45th St. in Midtown, and total approximately 300,000 square feet of commercial space.

Since the onset of the pandemic last year, Okada has become one of the more active leasing companies in Manhattan due to its digital-first marketing strategy and web scraping in research, the company says.

“It’s become an all-digital environment, and luckily we’ve been pushing this philosophy for some time now,” said Christopher Okada, CEO of Okada & Company. “This along with hard work should equate to more leasing activity for Gatsby.”
