OHT Partners LLC has broken ground on Lenox Heights, an upscale apartment community named for its location in The Heights part of Houston. Construction on the 5-story complex began in May. The project is anticipated to open its doors to its first residents in early-2025.

The new, Class A+ community will feature 359 units and an abundance of amenities – including two resort-style pools, a sky deck with views of downtown, a co-working studio, fitness center, clubhouse, pet spa and more.

Units will range in size from one to two-bedroom units with 629 to 1,247 square feet. Each home features modern designs, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, smart-home technology and more. Rental ranges will be determined closer to the project’s opening date.
