OhioHealth Announces $94M Grove City System Expansion

OhioHealth Corp., headquartered in Columbus, OH, has announced a $94 million expansion in Grove City, OH. The expansion includes a $46.5 million, 26-bed surgical hospital and emergency department. These projects follow an already announced outpatient surgery center to be located on Stringtown Road and Interstate 71.

Also on tap are additional freestanding emergency departments in the Hilliard and Obetz areas. The search is on for locations, with facilities scheduled for a 2018 opening. Money is also being dedicated to additions and renovations at OhioHealth Grant Medical Center, located in downtown Columbus. Additions will include a new orthopedic building and larger emergency departments.
